Are you using any anti inflammatory supplements? I use msm, tumeric and proteolytic enzymes. They really help.
I would also hit the probiotics hard. You need to replenish the good bacteria in your gut.
Your whole body is going through an adjustment. Rife can help with the stomach issues if you look up the frequencies that help that.
Hang in there.

Thank you, faithful.
I take VSL #3 DS twice daily.
I am not using any inflammatory supplements. I will get some of those.

My LLMD was going to follow through with Byron White Formulas once I went through the abx. Are you still under the care of an LLMD?

It's probably the CSM if you are new to it. It can cause a massive inflammation response and can be hard on your stomach. I know it doesn't make sense that a toxin binder can do that but it can, and does.

I think this could be the culprit! I am trying to stay and course and stay on it, but inflammation is tough.
I am taking high-dose fish oil to help, but it doesn't seem to be enough now that I am off abx.

Yes, I am under the care of an LLMD.
I am taking a break right now...think mercury and mold are the issues left.
If needed, we will be going with the Cowden protocol next, as my LLMD has great success with it.
