Hi everyone. Just wondering if when treating parasites, is there one flare/die-off and you are done? A weekly die-off, or monthly?

I know Lyme is every 3 weeks or so, Babesia; every 5 days....

My acupuncturist made me a tincture for parasites that I am trying just for the heck of it, not even sure what is in it...

I had a 2 day flare the day after I started it but it coincided with my monthly lyme flare so not sure what was what. Now, 14 days in I feel horrible with what I think are Babesia symptoms.

So not sure if I am backsliding (I have had symptoms creeping back in in the last few months; lyme and babs), or if its parasite die-off.

I have never tested positive for parasites in a stool test or Fry blood smear or through energetic testing. So not even sure if I have parasites.

Thoughts?

Most probably die off symptoms. Google parasite symptoms and see if you can relate. Killing parasites can be difficult and one mos or tx is never enough. Do a search on parasites and how to get rid of them. It can be a lifelong pursuit.

I will check out a parasite symptom list for sure.

My teeth, face, head, neck, jaw, upper back all hurt.

Bizarre. I wonder why my llmd still requires a positive parasite test to treat them if they are considered the number 1 co-infection of lyme disease.

Wouldn't parasites show up on a Fry Blood smear?

Feel like I am talking to myself. Oh well, its kind of like journaling.

I don't fit much of the parasite symptom picture aside from fatigue and teeth clenching, which I have done my whole life.

I am sure I have some form of parasites though. But couldn't parasite treatment hit Babesia since it too is a parasite?

I would rather it be parasites at this point. Not too excited to get back on the Lyme and confection treatment bandwagon.

The saying "the definition of insanity is repeating the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome" keeps popping into my head.

Thanks Gael!

Parasites are hard to get rid off for sure. I did 2 rounds of Biltricide and Pyrantel Pamoate and couldn't take it any longer.

I just felt like the treatment was worse than the disease.

unsure,

Your welcome.Teeth clenching is VERY indicative of a parasite infection for sure. Not treating is not a good idea. The antiparasitics and salt/c hit babs and the other co-infections for me also. Really suggest you consider this.

lax mom,

Please don't give up on tx parasites. Perhaps doing a low dose salt/c and antiparasitic herb would be easier for you.

If you have seen parasites emerge, it REALLY is not a good idea not to treat. The infection will only get worse and protect the other infections from being eradicated. Hope you reconsider.

unsure - Going back to your original question.....I do not think there is a particular cycle with parasites (daily vs weekly, etc). I think it matters more how hard you are hitting them and how many are dying at once....and how well you are detoxing. This is just based on my experience.

btw - I did not fit the parasite symptom picture much myself. I never complained of a stomach ache or had any of the digestive disturbances one would think. Yet I had/have a MASSIVE parasite infection.

Also, simply put, if we have babs, we have parasites.

Thank you Tammy! I am clearly having die-off so must be the parasite formula hitting them. I have not added any other new formulas to the regimen.

Glad you never had the digestive issues. I have not either fortunately.

Today the sclera of my left eye is a brown color, it itches like crazy right under my left eye, and an upper left tooth is electrified.

Hey, if this is the missing link I am thrilled! Not thrilled that the idea to treat parasites didn't come from my llmd though.

I bet it is your missing link.

I have weird eye and dental/jaw symptoms also.

Try the coffee enemas. They make such a HUGE difference. If you are not familiar with all of the amazing benefits, just google it.

Also, when I feel my worst, my rebounder (mini trampoline) really helps. It gets the lymphatics flowing. I'm surprised how much better I feel afterwards.

It sounds like die off. Once you start killing the parasites, your body is left with all the junk that the parasites carried with them (heavy metals, toxins, plus their own pee and poop--more toxins).

Tammy is right, coffee enemas are great for this. You also need some binders though to help carry heavy metals out of the body.

Also, exercise is one of the best tools in my arsenal to help me through a flare-- it kills lyme, and clears the lymph system as well. It has to be anerobic though (Burrascano's guidelines). Light weights or machines that target your muscles.

We are also going into a full moon on Wednesday. My parasite symptoms are always worse prior to the full moon. That's when many parasites reproduce.

Are you treating babs at the moment? You mentioned the Fry test, maybe your backsliding babs symptoms are protomyxzoa. The symptoms are very similiar to babs. It is very hard to tell them apart if you have both.

Blood tests simply are not accurate. They only have what is in that little vile at the time of the draw, so parasites, lyme, co infections, even protomyxzoa can easily be missed.
