Is it ok to mix your dosage with water hours ahead of time?

Will this affect the strength or treatment at all?

RZR, I don't know if you use FaceBook, but there is a closed group (Lyme Herbals) that might be able to help you with this. I don't use the Cowden protocol, but take some herbs - and often use this group for support and to share my own experiences.
