anyone with lyme need a cpap with oxygen? I'm still hoping I have lyme and not als. my breathing is deteriorating so much.

Have you been tested for scleroderma??/It is usally lyme induced...it can affect your lungs and heart bigtime..a CT scan of your lungs is the only way to see it ,,,NOT an xray...

A full Pulmonary Function test will show what your DLCO is...If it has dropped rapidly or is near 75% you need to get to a scleroderma center,,Please get this checked out...

Even if you run a scleroderma blood panel and it is sero-negative you can still have the it...The lyme is the culprit but it can trigger this auto immune disease and it is even rarer than lyme !!!Of course they will want to treat with DMARDS drugs but a ABX protocol is available,,,see roadbackfoundation.org for info
