My husband has a slipped disc and needs a cortisone injection. Its either the injection or surgery.
He has Lyme and confections, a Fry bloodsmear done over the summer showed many biofilm colonies, although he didn't have a lot of symptoms.
He is pretty much symptom free and generally has a tough immune system.
I know how risky this can be. Just wondering if anyone did this and was fine.

Yes, I've had steroid shots that didn't send me into a tailspin.
Basically, it is best to be on abx already BEFORE getting the steroid shot, and one should continue the abx for a while after the shot (because the effects of the steroid shot can linger for weeks).

Same as Razzle (didn't send me into a tail spin but they only lasted for about an hour, if that). I'm sorry I ever got them.
