Talk about confusing! I had most of these symptoms in the years before my diagnosis - around the time of menopause. I don't know really know how to differentiate.

But when I lost hearing and developed bad tinnitus, twitches, bug crawling sensations and strange vibration-like feelings in my head, I knew those symptoms were not from menopause.

Yes. I was not aware of some of these symptoms. I started having really bad joint pain & I didn't know what it was. I just turned 51 & stopped having my period...

I don't think many doctors treat disease specific to gender but it's really important. I think alot of illness treatment is developed to a male model.

I started taking an herb called vitex & it helped. I'm also looking into black cohosh & wild yam. I thought my joint pain was heavy metals or lyme but it might be menopause...?

I'm sure it doesn't hurt to detox metals but I may have been assuming it was something that it wasn't.

I'm sure it happens alot.
