When i check my current drugs i get this:

http://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=685-0,1096-0,2379-0,570-14554,1310-2584

Should i be alarmed by this?! Im a bit unsure if i can take the hydrocortisone (30mg daily) any longer with these meds.

I have been using 100mg of fluconazole twice a week, along with 20mg hydrocortisone 7 days a week for about 6 months. no problems what so ever . On the site it says Fluconazole may increase the blood levels and effects of hydrocortisone. (You may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring by your doctor to safely use both medications.) Contact your doctor if you experience increased side effects or your condition changes. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

I would be careful. I experienced what may be a drug interaction between hydrocortisone, fluconazole and biaxin.
Fluconazole may in increase serum concentrations of both biaxin and hydrocortisone as they all compete for the same metabolic pathway in the liver. I don't exactly know what happened, but I was miserable and had to jump ship on the fluconazole and biaxin.
