I continue to think that there is something blocking my healing in the vicinity of my jaw and sinuses.

I had a titanium dental implant put in about 2 years before my most troubling symptoms began, but I am pretty sure I contracted Lyme disease a few years before that.

I never felt that the implant was right even though x-rays and exams were all 'perfect' according to the surgeon who did the work and 3 dentists.

I have permanent gum discoloration there and have had lots of sensitivity that did go away for about 6 months when being treated for babs. But it is back off and on now.

I have a lot of buzzing and strange tingly feelings especially on that side of my head. I have also lost my hearing on that side and there is constantly variation in ear pressure in my head. I am going to see a biological dentist next month to see what his take is on all of this.

For those of you who have had root canals taken out, what was your experience? Has it helped your healing? Did you have to get those teeth extracted?

I got an implant two years before I got sick, it replaced a root canal and crown gone bad. The root had cracked.

Anyway, I think the discoloration is from being able to see the metal through the skin.

I do have ear trouble but it's on the other side. Maybe you still had some infection there when they put the implant in?

I know that these metals aren't good for us.

If I need anymore of this kind of work done I will go to a biological dentist.

I know you mentioned in the past you had done oil pulling. Did you stick with it for awhile? What kind of oil did you use? I was amazed how it calmed down my tooth problem.

I have two dental implants one on each side. No issues with either of them.

I just discovered these responses to my question. I guess I forgot to check email notification box. Thanks for your info.

Ellen, I stopped the oil pulling after a while when I no longer had any gum pain. Lately, I have had no further pain or sensitivity in my gums and teeth. Wondering if the increased dosage of Banderol and Samento have helped.

I will be seeing the biological dentist next week and try to post what he thinks.
