I am a huge fan of honey. Growing up, whenever I got sick my parents used raw honey as a remedy. Raw honey has anti bacterial benefits. Why aren't we allowed to eat honey as part of our healing process. Is it because of it's high sugar content?
I was shocked when one time a lyme doctor told me not to eat honey. I thought it was good for that kind of stuff

- Too high of sugar content for those on antibiotics. Sugar intensifies internal fungal overgrowth. -
