My husband caught a cold while in the hospital. Its not a really bad one, but it is annoying.
He's got enough to deal with without a cold.
How many times a day and how long should he rife?

You can do it everyday if you want. The difficulty is hitting a virus that is never the same as the last one.
I run all the cold frequencies eight at a time in channel sweep mode, with the GB-4000, for something like this. Maybe you hit it, maybe you don't.
Good luck.

When I'm going after cold or flu I use my machine at least twice a day. I use a whole string of freqs that total 30 minutes together.
One can usually tell when the virus bugs are coming back out to party, by the sx increasing again.
Through trail and error I was able to tell waiting 24 hrs was too long for me. Using rife for these common viruses doesn't put me in any herx crisis, so I can do twice a day sessions.
