Looking for suggestions/links for those of us who are really fatigued/mostly bed-ridden. I know I need to do something to get my body moving, but I don't want to go backwards or crash.
I have CFS heavy Lyme so I am wondering what the best route is. Light resistance?
It seems like no cardio is the rule.

I am unable to hold a fist or put pressure on my wrists or elbows (or knees or ankles) so can't "do" weights. However . . .
Qi Gong has helped me a great deal - and I have severe exercise intolerance.
Qi Gong changed my entire way of looking at movement and "exercise" - for the better. It's very gentle but also incredible with its ability to build "inner strength" so to speak.
Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Pilates, Restorative Yoga - and other options in the second half of this set:
