I've been noticing red specks and red/white strings in my urine. They are solid, but break up easily. It is not vaginal discharge. I have no UTI or overt Candida symptoms.
Has anyone else experienced this? I'm treating Lyme, Babesia and Protomyxzoa Rheumatica with abx, antimalarials and herbs.
I know I'm having increased red blood cell lysis, but I can't imagine that RBC casts would be visible.
I have recently increased my systemic enzymes, so maybe biofilm? I'm on Flagyl, which makes me think yeast. I'm also on lots of antiparasitics and salt/C. Do parasites live in the bladder?
I emailed my Lyme doc with my symptoms and will go in for urinalysis and kidney panel.

They are parasites and I have had what you are describing. The strings sound like worms. The red specks could be eggs.
The salt/c is a very powerful antiparasitic. Hopefully a lot more parasites will emerge and you can be on the road to rwcovery. I always checked with www.lymephotos.com to see if they resembled anything on there.

Would you be able to find someone with a microscope?
I'd be interested in what the specs and strings look like when enlarged.
