My LLND recommended me to take 200 mg of phosphatidyl serine AM & PM to help with elevated cortisol levels. I know some people use a product called Cortisol Manager which also has the serine in it along with other herbs. Just wondering what people on here use for elevated cortisol, thanks!

- phosphatidyl serine is an excellent suggestion.
Now on the flip side to having high cortisol there is low cortisol aka "adrenal fatigue".
I wonder how many people that have adrenal fatigue/low cortisol production take supplements that can actually lower their cortisol levels even further?
emla999/Lyme, I already take a ton of zinc, magnesium, and fish oil. Thanks for posting all of those links, though. I'll have to look into other minerals/supplements that may help.
