Day 4 of salt and vitamin C. 1 mg of each, once a day thus far. Will be increasing up a dose this weekend.
Had a few cramps this evening, lasted maybe a half of an hour. Fine now.
Except these hiccups. These are big hiccups.
Is this part of the protocol?

Hiccups are spasms of the diaphram. Most likely a herx. Hopefully they will calm down. If they get to be too much, stop the salt/c until they do.
