No way I would do it .. because of my heart. Also would be concerned about my kidneys. I can no longer tolerate very much salt. (even the good kind)

I have had bad chest pains before salt/c. Had a halter monitor on several times and had been to several cardiologists over the yrs. They said my heart was fine. The chest pain can actually be from heart and lung worms.
Since being on salt/c and antiparasitic herbs my chest pains are completely gone. I was also told by lymestrategies (salt/c group) that kidney pain
I experienced was from a herx which is gone also. My severe asthma that I had for over 4o yrs is completely gone as well. Parasites were the cause of all of it.
If in doubt, go to lymestrategies and pose your concerns there. Great support group. Salt/c and herbs saved my life.
