Can I add salt if I'm going to start an aggressive 8 week detox protocol that involves twice weekly IV vit C (75 grams)? Do I just mix it in water and drink it? I will also be doing weekly hydro colon therapy sessions and Epsom salt flushes.
I've been on antibiotics for 2.5 years and my LLMD thinks it's time for a detox break. If like to try the salt/c protocol during this time too. Maybe also add parastroy.
Thanks for any advice.

I don't see any reason why you can't add the salt/c protocol. I started with 1/4tsp sea salt and 1/4tsp Ester C powder with bioflavinoids.
I buy Real Salt (sea salt) and Ester C powder with bioflavinoids by American health from vitacost.
If you are going to do the salt/c protocol you might want to order the e-book from lymestrategies or get it in book form from Amazon.

Ok, thank you! I'll order the book. I'm doing 2 infusions per week, so I guess I should continue the oral C on my other days?? I'll add cloves and parastroy too. Praying this is what helps me in the end! Getting very tired of this journey.
