I would like to talk to my son's doctor about trying Ivermectin for parasites. His ECP is high but he is symptom free. I'm starting to wonder if maybe it isn't babesia but something else.
Ivermectin was suggested. Since I have good insurance, I would like to try the pill form rather than the animal version at Tractor Supply if our doc says it is OK.
What has been your experience on Ivermectin? Any advice?
Thanks!

Kari, I was looking for an old post for someone and noticed no one answered you. I hope you were able to try ivermectin on your son with some success.
I love ivermectin. It really hit my babs/parasites. Doc H told me babs is a parasite, so it only makes sense to kill as much as possible (protzoas are parasites).

I've been using the pills. I feel it is helping. When using extremely large doses, I've had some dizziness.

I originally had dizziness with it (just one day). After that, no problems with 4 pills a day.

Start low; I'm about 110 lbs and have only worked up to 1/2 pill in several months. It's helped so much with babesia-like symptoms.
