I see Burrascamo has LifePack listed.

I have heard of Energy Infusion and also K Pax Fuel for Life.

Is any one better than another? Is is just a regular multivitamin all we need, if we are taking other supplements?

I like Andrew Leesman vitamins especially the Essential one vitamin/mineral. I also take his D3, Omega 3 and Co-Q10.. If I could only choose one vit to take it would be the Essential One..

These do not upset my stomach and I seem to feel better when I take the Essential One.. Not sure why or if it is the vit..

I take the whole Bodywise 24/7 package at the suggestion of my LLMD. There's a daytime multi, beta-c, calcium with zinc, Omegas, and a night-time multi.

I get it on monthly auto ship, and don't have to think of it.

I was about to start taking Lifepak but I decided to try Propak NT factor for awhile. Too soon to tell if it is helping or not.
