Great article, Lymetoo. I'm going to bump it up so others can see it.

I used Epsom salt baths to detox but the magnesium is good too.

I love Epsom Salt baths, but some people do not react well to it. I am not sure whether it is the heat or the sulfur in the salts in the form of Magnesium Sulfate.

For those who are sulfur sensitive you can buy Magnesium Citrate flakes instead.

I love them. I add Hydrogen Peroxide as well.

Very relaxing and great detoxifier.

My son tried Epsom salts in his bath and it increased his pain.

I find the Epsom and peroxide bathtubs quite helpful. The only problem is I sometimes don't even have the energy to get in the tub even though I know I'll feel better when it is over.

Do Epsom and peroxide foot baths work the same?
