Mine gets really pungent and skunky if I have been sweating naturally (not so much after a sauna), and usu seems to correlate with feeling more toxic.

I have had this issue at times. Before I knew I had lyme and started treatment. I would notice this and smelly urine also, usually just before I started feeling bad with what we thought was a fibromylagia flare up.

i've had this lately and i've also started to have some stomach issues. It may have to do with how you're digesting your food.

I also sweated a lot and had strong odor when I start to feel really sick.

For me, Babesiosis causes this.

The body throws off toxins through the skin - it's one of the ways our bodies get rid of waste. ('Pimples' are an example of this!)
Count yourselves lucky that your body is able to throw off the garbage through your skin so efficiently, that you can actually smell it.
You can help the process by showering often! Or ... by taking a comfortably warm bath with some Epsom Salts added to the water... the magnesium helps to draw the toxins from the skin.
As always, lots of spring water (with a few drops of fresh lemon juice), will help to speed the process.
Hope you will all be feeling better soon!
