Hi all, I was wondering if protomyxzoa, the Fry bug, is the same as what he called "hemobartonella" about 5 years ago? My husband did test positive with the Fry test at that time so I am wondering if this means that he has protomyxzoa?
I also read a post on another forum which said that taking magnesium is bad when you have this bug because it interferes with the breakdown of biofilm. Has anyone heard this?
Also - is lumbrokinase the best to take for biofilm breakdown or can serrapeptase work as well?
Finally, what are the symptoms of this parasite? Can it cause gut pain and nausea?
Oh - one more question - has anyone tried rifing for this bug?
Thanks, tickbattler

Dr Steven Fry says that magnesium contributes to biofilms.
In his notes from Dr Fry's lecture at the Physician's Round Table 2012, "Betterhealthguy", Scott Forsgren writes that Dr Fry said, "One should generally not consume arginine, folic acid, or magnesium as these may strengthen the protozoan and thus the biofilm."
