My left thigh and calf are worst, but happens other places,

I get really deep/deep muscle pain/cramp/.
Sometimes like somethings eating at it ,but not always.

I've tried mag, potassium, D3, circled the tincture /supplement group.

I'll be fine one minute and then there's just awful deep pain....even breast will hurt ,......

If I lay on my side, sometimes, I don't last long before it can start...or can wake me up full out surprise!!!!!!!!

I started with a bit of this years ago, not as deep. Then I didn't notice it for a long time.

Now it's back with a vengeance [Frown]

I hope I was clear and there's some answer out there.

Thank you, Nonna

I don't know why, but magnetic pulsar comes up for me when I read this.

My son has used it to get pain out of deep places in his legs and joints.

Also have you treated parasites? I really believe that we intuitively read our bodies and if yours is saying "like something eating at it..." then that could be a truth for you.

Hope others ring in with some suggestions too, as that does not sound like a fun symptom! Hugs.

You'll need to keep on taking the magnesium and D3 for a long time yet.

How much magnesium and D3 are you taking?
Vitamin D must be taken with fats to be absorbed properly.
I take it with fish oil.

I started taking 3 mg of Boron daily when I realized that the body needs it to help absorb the magnesium.

I wish everyone with pain was able to get a SOTA Magnetic Pulser, as it is just terrific at relaxing muscle spasms, reducing inflammation, and relieving pain.

The energy of the magnetic pulse normalizes the electrical impulses in and around the cells, and minerals and nutrients pass back and forth through the cell walls as needed.

The cells function better when they are getting all the stuff they need.
When they DON'T have what they need, you get pain.

Thank you,,are these expensive and, hand held machines?

How often are they used?, Like couple times a day?

2ml mag x's 3 a week and in some supplements. I've gone low on D often and little DHEA.

D3 @ 4000 most day's then 30,000 plus @ every 10 day's when bone hurts. Does get forgotten once in a while..Even time in Sun didn't make it better.

Guess I need to beef up thing's more..I thought I was taking high doses ..

Any other ides?

I had no idea about Boron and mag,.

That, Boron, used to help with the
'girlie" stuff.

I've treated for parasites before, but not to the extent GiGi mentions.

Haven't tried the horse stuff for parasites ,but did buy it..

I've been tested a couple of times with nothing showing up.

Anybody else? Idea?? Med change?
Thank you..Nonna

A friend of mine recently sprained a muscle in her back. I applied capsaicin cream on the area and it gave her great relief.

Wear gloves when applying as it is a derivative of chilli peppers. Really worked great for her. You can buy this at most drug stores. Hope it helps you.

This is what Burrascano recommends:

"FLEX CREAM
This is an amazing liniment-like product that really works and has a money back guarantee. Use for any type of body pain- spread on a thick layer and do not rub in. It takes 30 to 60 minutes to work, then lasts many hours. A Pharmanex exclusive." (page 30)

Since this is a symptom that you had in the past and it went away, it could be that it is back because you are herxing.

Are you taking liquid magnesium?
How many milligrams of mag are in two milliliters?
Or am I misreading that.

Boron is not expensive.
Research has shown that parts of the world that have adequate Boron in the food have almost no arthritis.

The SOTA Magnetic Pulser and the SOTA LightWorks are about $300 each, if you use the 10% discount code and order from the company.
Yes, you can use them a couple times per day.
The Magnetic Pulser works more quickly on pain, I think.

The various creams for pain are less expensive, of course.
They work on pain in a different way.

TF ,is Flex Cream a script?

Carol there's other creams? I have Mag. gel and a Volteran cream. It's just doesn't last long IF it helps on these bad ones..

Machine is not out of question....Seems like I need one to lay on, one to filter whatever WiFi sends out, pain one...you all know the rest.

What is this deep muscle? pain from?? Why does it happen other than saying it's Lyme..

Thank you so much for your help....Nonna

or you could try magnesium OIL to make sure your body is getting it directly. You put the oil directly on the skin.. esp the muscles that hurt.

You don't need a prescription for the Flex Cream. See this site to buy it:

http://www.amazon.com/Pharmanex-Flex-Creme/dp/B004CA3146

There is a young man raving about this cream on Youtube.

I have seen posts where people claim that these types of muscle pains are babesia. Are you treating babs right now? If so, that could be the cause.

Pharmanex Flex Creme
https://www.nuskin.com/en_US/products/pharmanex/targeted_treatments/bone_joint/01003521.html

The active ingredient is menthol, which you can also find in many other creams.

This product has more than a thousand four and five star reviews:

I think that the Magnetic Pulser will work better than a cream for deep muscle pain.

Did you see my previous question on how much magnesium are you taking?

Carol I answered above @mag.

Mary I didn't think you could take Doxy when on Mepron !?>?? or Rifampin

TF I have a hard time with how I feel, mostly gut , with crypto.... Trying hard to keep it going.

Didn't know husband pulled back on it..

What about Tindamax, that's a rough one also,

I have to start my 14 days in half tabs then go to full tab after 3-4 days.

I'm pretty sure no=body has put me on Ceftin ,ever.

Is it a good one to ask about/for?

When swelling is down the pain is not as bad on knees.

Of course I had to fall off couch and land on worst one....

Babs does seem to be the worst, but I'm not sure what all I have?????

TF ,and others THANK YOU...for your prayers,am under more stress right now.......and tired of feeling like a 2" paranoid freak [tsk]

Tindamax kills lyme in the cyst form. So, it often causes a herx reaction. Try to do as much detox as you can while on it. Start extra detox a few days before taking the tindamax.

If you feel worse once you start taking it, just know that is a herx.

Do you do the Alka Seltzer Gold for a herx? with glutathione?

I'm trying to figure out how many milligrams of magnesium you are getting each day.

Also, which kind of magnesium.
Citrate
Gluconate
Taurinate
etc.

Magnesium oxide is cheap and the manufacturers often use it, but it is not absorbed as well as the mag's that end in "ate."

I 2nd, third all the advice on magnesium. You should take it daily. I take jarrow magnesium optimizer. I like it cause it also has potassium which can especially help with spasms. You can also try eating a banana when it gets real bad, or a spoon of peanut butter both high in potassium.

How are you sleeping Nonna? I found when I started sleeping regularly much of my muscle pain went away. Sadly, it has taken ambien to do so and I am now trying to ween.

For sleep too I found taking D with dinner has helped me sleep better.

Good luck to you.
