Allow the water to start flowing as soon as you begin inserting the tube into you. Continue to allow it to flow as the tube is further inserted.
Move the water source higher.
Sometimes we have to learn to relax our abdominal and all other muscles in the area.
Good luck!

p.s. test to make sure the water is running out of the tube before you even start insertion - just to make sure the "plumbing" is working okay before you try to use it.

pps. Are you laying down on your side or sitting upright while attempting this? Laying on your side will help.

I'm not sure what kind of enema kit you are using. I use the disposable latex-free one with the long tube, with lubricated tip. If you use the same one, here' what works beautifully for me.....
Hang it on the center hinge of the back of the bathroom door (this is the perfect height).
Be sure to make sure all of the air is out of the tube (important step). Lock the clip in place. (I do this over the tub so it doesn't make a mess.)
Lay on a towel on the floor and lay down. Insert lubricated tip several inches. Then open the clip so the liquid can flow. If it's not coming out, you may have a BM blocking it. It's okay to insert the tube further (up to 10" is fine).
Sometimes when it's not flowing easily, I'll insert more, then pull it back out slightly. This seems to open a pocket of space that lets the liquid flow.
I know it may seem frustrating at the beginning, but once you figure out your little tips and tricks, it all becomes very easy. You will be happy you stuck with it. The benefits are worth the effort.
I've given detailed instructions on the bottom of page 10 on the Parasite Warriors Support thread, if interested.
Happy cleansing! Tammy

I was going to say something like this. I'd say it shouldn't literally be running when you try to put it in, but you have to let water flow all the way out, just a few drops, then close the valve, then try to insert. If you don't do this, you'll be trying to get air inside you rather than water inside you, and that won't work.

What kind of other stuff do people use (besides coffee)? Tinctures?
You can't just use anything that you would put in your mouth, right?

Must be organic (not decaf). I buy the one at Whole Foods, but I think any organic coffee would be fine.
Just yesterday, for the first time, I tried an Apple Cider Vinegar one, and had very good results. Interesting things came out. It was my first time trying it, so I just did about 1 tablespoon of the ACV to about 4+ cups of warm water.
I've also done warm water with sea salt.
I still think coffee enemas are probably the most beneficial, but I do think it may be good to switch it up a little every now and then.

I wouldn't make it strong.... I don't think that would be good. But what I did was diluted enough.

Are there certain vitamins that are absorbed in the large intestine that could be used?
