She just said kefir means "feel good" in Turkish.
Coconut kefir is dairy free. oh yeah!
AND she talks about how to teach your gut to digest dairy kefir later on down the road. I don't know about that... but we'll see. That would be nice because I think you can ferment cheese and sour cream, too.

For the coconut kefir, she says you can use frozen coconut water from Thailand (from health food store).
