(Mine is not what I would call tailbone pain, but I have pain in the upper hamstring.)

Before I posted, I did a search on Lymenet for Piriformis Syndrome, and found a number of posts that mention it; I'd been searching, "base of spine"; if I'd searched for tailbone pain, I would have found this earlier. So hard.
