this video is so good...i finally listened to it-but it is really impt and up to date

http://www.autismone.org/content/parasite-paradigm-complex-paradigm-lyme-borreliosis-and-chronic-infections-dr-jeff-wulfman

it does start really slow and is depressing in beginning but at 30 min in you will laugh at a cat and mouse thing...and later a gingerbread thing

just fast forward...

at 1.01...or soon after a success story about asbergers

and he does talk about things that help us get better

some quotes:

"doc-tatorship" - he doesnt like it

eat complex living food: variety, balance, moderation

"let food be your medicine"

"if man made it dont eat it"

start at foundation: food, sleep, fitness

he knows a lot about autism/lyme connection...

anyway-there is a lot of info here and if you take it in small doses it can be really uplifting

just thought of 2 more things he said:

-is Bb so smart it makes us crave carbs so it can get stronger?

-he calls it borrelia related complex

-topical magnesium is better cuz internally it feeds Bb
