You would think some enterprising individual would come up with a magnesium cream.... Maybe a compounding pharmacy could make you one. use the yellow pages in your area and put in compounding and you should come up with one.

Maybe just do a foot soak in Epsom Salts. I know it's not the same, but something is better than nothing. Maybe do it a few times a week.

You could also put the epsom salts on a wet washcloth in the shower and use it as a kind of body scrub--kinda like killing two birds with one stone! Not sure how much mag would be absorbed, but worth a try.

Lymetoo said it all. Use the magnesium oil and leave it on 20 minutes and then shower it off.
Or try epsom foot baths. Your body will still take in the magnesium.

Cvs does have an Epsom salt lotion. It works great after a bath. I've tried Swanson oil. But it made me itchy.

I can't believe I forgot to mention that Ancient Minerals makes a mag spray. I just started using it but don't use it every day b/c it seems like all mag just goes right through me.
But the Ancient Minerals product is supposedly excellent quality. I do notice some itching once I spray it on. You are supposed to leave it on your skin for 20 minutes before showering.
I think if you use the Ancient Minerals spray, along with the epsom foot baths as well as use the epsom salts as a bath scrub, you might get nearly as much benefit as a bath.
For those who take the epsom foot baths, how much epsom salts do you use and for how long do you soak? I think I'll do this too.
