Has anyone had a uncontrollable shaking with tingling and feeling very cold after doing a rocephin push of 2gm. My wife is coming off brain tumor surgery but is still taking rocephin and has had these two rather uncontrolled reactions the last two times that lasted over an hour and a half. I will check with doctor tomorrow

The first time hubby did IV rocephin back in 2003 I had to stop almost every IV to give him IV Ativan at least once for seizure-like episodes.
In his case I think he had such a severe reaction because that was the first antibiotic he took (took almost 3 years to get diagnosed) and also because he had a severe case of undiagnosed bartonella or BLO (little was known about that coinfection at the time).
It is hard to say how much the brain surgery is affecting your wife's reaction to the med.
Personally I would want to increase antioxidants such as vitamin C, CoQ10 and pychnogenol to see if that helps. Would also increase good fats to help with healing the brain -- after all the brain is about 60% fat. Glutathione might also be helpful.
I would also ask the doc about doing a slower IV drip -- reaction might not be as severe as with IV push.
