Yes, I have stopped all my little bites of sugar here and there and have re-committed to a clean diet. Starving for sugar and carbs right but I know that is the yeast having a temper tantrum.
Is coffee OK? Not in the enerma form...
Never done an enema....ekkkks. Perhaps an increase in fiber? I have Hemp fiber laying around somewhere.
Does this mean I have to give up my Popchip addiction:) ?

You need to do some kind of enema for sure. I'm not saying it will help with die off symptoms but I think the yeast can "reseed" or something like that if you don't get it out.
I am having yeast die off today and I've drank lemon water all day, done an enema and taken milk thistle 3 x. I am still having symptoms. (probably because I keep eating coconut oil, sauerkraut and garlic.)
But tonight I plan on doing skin brushing before an Epsom salt bath to see of that helps.
Otherwise, I give it time and keep drinking the lemon water until I think of something else.

A store bought enema is easy if you follow the directions. I didn't believe it at first until I tried it.
