Evening all! Has anyone ever experienced very tender glands and lymph nodes?

This started a few days ago and is mainly though my upper body (heart and above) but I'm literally tender to the touch. I've also had a sore throat that won't relent either and the chills quite frequently but no fevers, in fact, my temp is usually around 97.4.

To boot, my blood pressure has been very low as well.

Is this a possible co coming to the surface? Any input is appreciated!

Thanks!

Sore glands and lymph nodes were from parasites and bart with me. I've also had the sore throat that took a long time to go away. Chills have been babs with me as well. Low blood pressure is common with lyme.

Bartonella is notorious for causing the Lymph nodes in the upper chest area to be tender and swollen. Have you been tested or treated for it?
