Every time I take herbal antifungals, I get extremely fatigued and constipated. Any binders to counteract this (without the usual constipating effects)?

Magnesium. It's a mild binder, and can help retain water in the stool to assist with elimination. Vitamin C is another option. Make sure you drink plenty of water. Also, Molybdenum (a mineral) can help reduce the candida die-off symptoms because it helps the body to process the toxins from the candida. -------------------- -Razzle Lyme IgM IGeneX Pos. 18+++, 23-25+, 30++, 31+, 34++, 39 IND, 83-93 IND; IgG IGeneX Neg. 30+, 39 IND; Mayo/CDC Pos. I take a combo of DE clay, Byron White Detox 2 and NT Detox. All have binding properties. I also like Molybdeum (sp).
