Still alive...slowly and i do mean slowly the leg cramps are easing...still aching quite a bit, brain fog continues although that too has improved.
also 6 weeks into Mepron...nerves are a mess.
4 weeks into chelation...2 amalgams out 4 more next week.
not really much of a question....just figured i would keep those of you interested up to speed.
KPU is tough is all i can say. i do a ton of detox each day and that is the key to how i make it through a work day...
hopefully i break through the other side soon although my dr doesn't think i will until all fillings are out....we shall see.
can you imagine in the middle of this i have had to travel for work? been away for 10 days... would have loved to see the TSA guys find the coffee enema stuff

Are you sure it's actually helping?

i can't say that yet. Based on what i've read and where i am i believe this will help me but will take more time.
only thing i can say so far is that my overall sensitvities have diminished greatly...before i started my allergies were out of control and every med i tried rarely worked the way it was supposed to. That does not seem to be the case so far...but that's anectdotal,

It might be the mepron??? Just a thought. I did some "worse then better" treatments in the past & I just got worse & back to square one. I'm not trying to discourage you - just my experience...
I think it's good to get the mercury out. I have 2 more fillings to go. I wanted to wait until they were all out to do any chelation or KPU.
Good you still have a sense of humor! LOL... TSA vs. coffee enema bag...

Keep battling. Sounds like you are on the correct path to recovery and staying very positive.
If you don`t mind me asking, what type of costs are involved in getting your amalgams removed? This is something I know my new doc is going to want me to get done, but I`m pretty broke right now

Dave - I think you are on the right path. Keep at it. There is also something mentally uplifting about knowing you got the mercury out of your mouth. Physically, I think it is a necessity. I hope you get to that 'next level' soon.
Sparkle - I would consider taking Core now to start replacing those necessary minerals. I don't think there is an upside to waiting, imo.

Thanks Tammy. I wasn't sure you could do it with mercury fillings. I have 2 left to go. I had to have some extractions so I was waiting for them to heal before replacing the fillings.
I started MMS. I think it's doing something. I'll look into the Core. I've heard lots of good stuff about it. Someone sent me a link to get it for less money on a website that sells vitamins. I'll have to dig it up.
