I started Byron White detox 2 this week and my salt dropped 5 points. Can't sauna cause I'll deplete salt, I have hyponatremia. Can't take Epsom salt baths cause it'll deplete salt and minerals. What do I do to detox. Do lemon water, I'm restricted for a lot of wys cause of not retaining salt with the hyponatremia and 32 oz, fluid restriction . Anyone suggest anything else?

That stinks. So I assume the BW detox 2 didn't make you feel better. I started it a while ago myself and think it helps some.

Does glutathione help? I know there's an oral capsule by Essential Pro. Didn't do much for me, but helps some people.

Have you ever done the Pekana Big 3 drops?

How about MedCaps DPO by Xymogen? I take that and think it helps a bit.

Hope you feel better soon. Hang in.

Only 1/8 tsp. of detox 2. 11/2 drops BT-Detox a day. Try it lax mom. I'm super sensitive cause of the salt. Good luck.

Rather than thinking of "detox" as an event or chore, IMO, it's best to consider it as on-going support of the organs of detoxification and metabolism (they do the work):

liver, kidneys, skin, lungs , GI system (esp. colon) are the top hitters in that action

http://flash.lymenet.org/scripts/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=3;t=030792;p=0

LIVER & KIDNEY SUPPORT & and several HERXHEIMER support links, too.

To keep your teeth when "doing lemon water" as many here do, always - always - every single time after consuming some lemon water, rinse mouth very well with plain water. Maybe a little sea salt in that, too.

Wait for at leatst 30 minutes before brushing. The acid in the lemon water (and in many foods, too), can soften tooth enamel.

By rinsing and waiting, the enamel has some time to harden so that brushing will not wear away enamel.

Same principle with food. Rinse. Wait. Do not brush for at least 30 minutes.

You weren't kidding. I could only tolerate the Byron White Detox 2 for a week. I was only up to half a dose but seriously felt like I was going crazy.

The same thing happened when I tried a small bit of Cholestyramine in the past. I wonder what's up with that?

Coffee enemas are my favorite detox tool. They have been enormously beneficial to me. I've been doing them daily for most of this past year.

If you are not familiar with this amazing therapy, just google 'Gerson Therapy coffee enemas' and lots of links will come up with good info to read.

Best to you.

Byron has a lecture on his blog where he explains how to do the detox formulas correctly. The word detox is thrown around like it's no big deal but it is and needs to be done carefully and correctly. I listened to the lecture and now I'm doing it right. Feeling much better. Also changed my diet. And taking the A-FNG and A-P formula for parasites and fungus since I think they are related to my issue. byronwhiteformulas.com has the link to the blog where the lecture is. And yes Keebler thinking of it as part of your life and not as something you do occasionally is key. I have a green smoothy every morning to support my daily detoxification now. And watch what I put in the body. I wouldn't pour coke in my gas tank. So I make sure everything I eat is actually FOOD, full of nutrition. Pollin's rules for food are good.
