I have done Healing Touch and just started investigating tapping. I have found both to be very helpful to calming down my whole system. Where did you learn tapping if you have? How do you use it for Lyme treatment? Or, do you use it in a more general way to boost immune and wellness? Just curious.

I learned it from a business coach I work with. I've seen good results in some people on our conference calls.

It did nothing for me and was a waste of time and money. Sorry, I can't offer anything positive about the experience.

I worked with a counselor who used it and then someone who was suppose to be a top practitioner. I swear, the counselor was just doing it to get money from the insurance conpany.

This was one of the first things a tried very early in treatment. I really gave a good go. This is when I had no diagnosis and some docs thought I was faking being ill.

I tested CDC positive for lyme later on.

I was worse in the long run.

I found non-violent communication by Marshall Rosenberg much more helpful for self-connection.

EFT did nothing for any physical ailments (I wasn't using it for that but since you asked about Lyme, I wanted to address that). It's marketed for emotional healing, but I found it damaging emotionally because it was a suppose to be a quick fix.

It wasting my time wound up being more emotionally damaging than anything it was trying to accomplish.

I did a free download of how to do it and figured I had nothing to lose. EFT helped me work through many issues having to do with past abuse and strong ill feelings towards the abuser.

I found I had to address each INCIDENT, not the abuse in general. As I thought of the incidents over a period of months, I would tap about that specific incident. If I was too general, it wasn't helpful at all.

Tapping EFT or MFT points as per DR.K. is VERY POWERFUL tool. If you would do energetic test before and after, you would be able to see HUGE difference.

Tapping without any affirmations said, unblocking the meridians, allowing the energy flow around your body. Tapping for 1 minute will unblock blocked regulation in your body. If your regulation is blocked you will not get better, that's why we fall sick in the first place.

Dr. K. recommends to tap every time after taking supplements or meds, since the supplement taken without tapping might not even reach the area of your body where the pathogen is located due to the blockages. Tapping allows supps to reach the desired area and have a therapeutic effect. That is why he says patients who tap get better and patients who don't-don't.

Tapping and saying affirmations at the same time - great tool to remove emotional blockages. But as Six previously mentioned, the affirmation has to be very specific and tested first.

First you have to find the emotional problem that blocks you- fear, anger, hate, toxic person next to you, etc...
Then you have to build specific affirmation.
Dr. Mercola on his web has very good technique on building affirmations.

If the affirmation is right for you (you can test the effectiveness of it energetically) after saying it with tapping 2-3 times per day for a month, the problem disappears completely. And you don't even have to believe in it!!!!

I have only seen it used for emotional healing, not physical. It can be very powerful for that.

I learned it from a nutritionist but this is very close to what I was taught.

I feel it helps with anxiety.

I go to Brad Yates on youtube. He has EFT for many things, including healing, releasing toxins, releasing negative emotions, etc. Not a cure all, but really helps put a positive spin on things and releases a lot of pent up, toxic emotions. He walks you through each video.
