So here is what I have going on: tachy, POTS, fainting, hypotension, no BP increase with exercise on stress test, SVT, multifocal PVC's up to triplets, RBBB/left superior, and now episodes of brady.
The brady is new the past few months. My EP thought it was falsely low due to PVC's because I'm normally tachy but it wasn't. I flagged it many times on my implanted heart monitor and what I feel as a slow HR is a slow HR.
From my research and his opinion he thinks it's vagal and unfortunately pacemakers don't do much good for that and people continue to faint with higher heart rates.
I'm trying a new med to use as needed. Levsin. It works similarly to atropine and is sublingual so it may absorb better than usual capsules. I hope this works! I am very happy that it was caught and it was what I said and thought it was.
