We did a major home renovation to remediate mold and I have been feeling quite good at home. We started using our a/c and boom, big time symptoms.
We have a ductless system, a Mitsubishi Mr. Slim which are supposed to be the best cooling system for mold free cooling.
Ours is about 10 years old. The service guys are here right now to clean it, and they found it's full of mold.
Just wanted to share because all a/c can be a source of mold even if you have the "best" kind of system.

Thank you, RC1. Mold is a huge issue for people and many do not realize it.
The air conditioners in vehicles can be the same issue. If it has changeable filters it is good to change them out.

- Certain bacteria can also be in air conditioners some of which can cause pneumonia, etc.(Legionnaire's - and others).
It seems logical that viruses may as well be harbored but I just recall reading about some of the bacteria issues. -
