I am sure this varies from individual to individual.
I had neuro/CNS lyme pretty bad and was never treated with IV ABX and have made considerable progress, albeit slow. I was one skeptical gal at the onset of treatment but I responded to oral ABX.

That's good to hear. I guess if antibiotic levels are up in the blood, it doesn't matter how it got there. I think some need that high spike that IV gives you, some don't.
