- I hope you get some specific replies here, of course.
In the meantime, be sure to get Rosner's book (for so many reasons) and check his site and YouTube video clips for updates since the time it was printed. His book is here:

I started with the Doug Coil about a month ago. I am hitting Bart first and will start hitting Lyme or candida next week. I work full time so I need to limit the severity of the herx. I started out at 30 seconds and rife every two days and am now up to 4 minutes once every two days. To go after Bart I would like to get to twice a day.
I read several resources and think Bryan Rosner's book is the most complete and easiest understand. A friend's wife was extremely sick and the coil was a last hope effort. She has given me good tips she learned. She is at 90% after two years but still Rife's once a week. I think there is an issue with getting at cysts with a Doug coil. Others users may have more info on getting rid of cysts.
I continue to do the Dr K cocktail but with Bart I do not think it is helping that much. I am getting good herx reactions.
I am off abx for now due to liver issues which after 6 months are just about gone. Rosner does say the coil is more effective without abx.
PM me if you have questions, I did a lot of research but I am a very new user.

Boxermom, that sounds like a pretty good idea and also a good value. I researched them and went with what my friend's wife was using because he had such good service from the maker.
Dan, I have found 832 working so far for Bart. I herx about 36 hours after use right now.
