I am, as many of you are, always looking for pain relief. I have become nimble with acupuncture needles but have some other ideas that work for me.
1. Arnica salve from WalMart. Great for dry skin, but it helps both hubby and me on painful knees! Cheap, too! Try it! 2. Pain doc ordered knee braces and they help a lot. Put cotton sleeve under them to protect skin. Or wear over pants. 3. Homeopathics: Traumeel tabs under tongue. Surprising results! I also use Dioscorea Vill and Tarentula Hisp..the latter helps trembling.
My pain doc also ordered Cognitex for me to help restore brain cells. Will let you know how it works. If I remember. Ha ha. She has given me wonderful support over the years. If you can find pain specialist (ask a good Pharmacist for recommendation...that's how we found our doc) give her lymeinfo, such as Burrascano Guidelines, Lyme Times, etc.
And ask for help with pain, inflammation and mobility. My doc said many of her so called MS, Lupus et al patients had lyme. She learned about Igenex from me. Good news!
