Just watched a video on Pro-X-10 is this product that much better than others? I know you can't believe what you see so googled it for reviews couldn't find any pros or cons.

Wondering if anyone has tried it or would recommend a good probiotic that isn't that expensive..

Off to see the ENT, if I can get there, this sinus ear thing plus the body aches is getting to me and I don't know where to turn..

tks

Definitely sounds like yeast could be the issue. Consider making your own fermented vegetables. It's the best probiotic ever.

I looked up the product you mentioned. It contains 9 billion CFU's. Custom's CP-1 contains 50 billion per capsule. Custom's is cheaper and there are 90 capsules in the bottle.

This one is really good.. very cost effective too:

Thank you, going to try it. The ENT said oh my gosh a horrible sinus infection. Another abx so I must have the probiotic. Do you take this one and have good results? I sure don't want cdiff and clindamycin is known for that.
