I was going to start taking this nasal spray and noticed that it includes gentamicin. This is an extremely ototoxic antibiotic if taken orally or through the ears. Does anyone here know if taking through a nasal spray might pose the same risks?
I think I may want to rethink after reading about it in Ototoxic Drugs Exposed by Neil Bauman...

- Liver support can help protect the ears, to a degree. Be sure you have good liver support and also avoid any in-the-ear pods, always. They can really damage the ears.
Hearing protection is vital when around ANY household, lawn or other kinds of tools that make noise, even an hairdryer.

Nope, no problem with this one. I talked to the pharmacist and doc about it.
