Does anyone have lots of gas and trouble passing it? My stomach and intestines are always rumbling and it feels like there is a lot of bloating and pressure there a lot that is released when I pass gas. I am on candida diet, diflucan and 400 cfu's of probiotics at night daily. Still having this symptom often. Could it be something else? I've gone on elimination diet of gluten and dairy too, didnt notice much. I'm wondering if I have a digestion issue like slow digestion, or something wrong with the nerves in my gi tract. But I wouldn't know how to fix this anyways

Might try a comprehensive digestive enzyme with meals to see if that helps.

Also, sipping ginger or peppermint tea can sometimes help relieve gas. Fennel seed is also good for preventing gas, and can make some foods tasty (use sparingly, it is strong).

It's usually candida when that happens to me. Maybe you're eating things you don't realize that aggravate yeast?

Hi,

I don't currently have this issue but I used to really badly.

It cleared up after I did the Hanna Kroeger Wormwood kit.

I suffered for years with this. I agree that enzymes helped somewhat, as did peppermint oil capsules at each main meal.

Laying face down with a hard pillow under my stomach helped for the gas to get out.

I'm sorry you're going through this. I remember how terribly uncomfortable it is.

Try laying on your back with your gluteous raised on a pillow and "bicycle" your legs like you are riding upside down.

Lying on a pillow works! ( I had forgotten that trick! )

I haven't had this issue since doing the very strict Body Ecology Diet.
