Hey everyone [Smile]

Does anyone have any personal experience with Sunridge Medical Wellness Center in Arizona?

It really doesn't seem like they do much different than the treatment I'm getting from my current LLMD.

However, people are urging me to go based on a testimonial video they saw.

You know how it is... people think that if one person gets better from lyme disease, then everyone will get better if I go to the same doctor.

I would love to hear from anyone who has actually been to sunridge or knows someone who has been.

What was it like?

What is so special about the lyme treatments they do there?

Are the doctors MDs?

How expensive is it?

It seems like you have to stay there for several days and have several test done...

Do their treatments practically cure people, or help more than the treatments most lyme doctors use?

What makes this place so special?

If you know anything about Sunridge, please message me privately what you know.

(I don't want to break any board rules!)

I would really appreciate any information you can give me.

Thanks for reading this [Smile]

I called them and they are MASSIVELY expensive. $2000/day, outpatient, so you would still pay for lodging, meals, etc.

They also claim a cure which I don't believe any true Lyme Dr/clinic would ever claim that. I was told they do 3 treatments/day for ex. 24 days...at $2000/day.

High dose IV's: Glutathione, ALA, Vit C, Phosphatydilcholine or serine (I forget), B Vits...also, Autohemotherapy and ozone.

The price is soooooo high. I felt I could go to an Integrative medicine Dr who does these types of treatments and just slowly do something similar as I am able to afford it.

Thanks so much for your reply! You really made me feel better!

I didn't trust the advertisements and claims from sunridge, but I needed to talk to someone with experience with them.

The place seemed shady to me as well, and your response confirms my suspicion that this place is probably just a big money maker.

Its sad that there are actually medical centers preying on the sick, because they know the sickest people are the most desperate and will try anything to get better no matter how unrealistic and expensive it is....

It sounds like i can do everything sunridge offers with my current doctor! I already do many of the things you listed with my llmd.

I don't have to travel across the country to see him, he is very reasonably priced for an llmd, and because he is an MD my insurance will cover some of my treatments.

It would be crazy for me to go to leave my doctor here to go to sunridge!

Its just so frustrating when family and friends find false claims about a miracle cure for lyme, and think that I can miraculously get better right away too... people just don't get it!

I know they are trying to help, but all it does is remind me that nobody seems to understand (except people who actually have lyme!)

Anyway, thanks a million times for your response. You don't know how much better you made me feel!
