I posted recently about my bedridden friend who has swollen legs and knees along with pneumonia symptoms. She needs to know if anyone has had these same symptoms at the same time and what was the treatment for it. I am posting for her as she is too sick to do it right now.

Please refer to my previous post if needed. Would really appreciate any and all input.

After my first tick bite which gave me lyme, I had sore and swollen knees. About three months later, I developed pneumonia and then asthma.

I had swollen legs. In fact, I was swollen throughout my body and in my brain. Lyme and co-infections can cause inflammation.

I'm unsure if the pneumonia and asthma were related to the tick bite.

I was given the standard treatment for Lyme and just got worse. Then diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

finally figure out years later, that I still had Lyme.

As for as treatment for her. If your friend has lyme, get lyme treatment from LLMD and/or do the Lyme protocal recommended by Stephen Buhner at www.buhnerhealinglyme.com

She should see a doctor about the pneumonia, as that is serious to have.

Treating the swollen legs with Stephen's herbs might help.

Maybe someone knows more.
