So, I still have fatigue which comes and goes and muscle aches- no better, no worse. No herx pattern. My LLMD took me off meds and I did one month of heavy yeast clean up. I actually felt pretty good, except for stomach issues and fatigue from the diflucan/yeast die off.

The second month off abx I started getting twitches. Muscle aches and fatigue seemed a little worse. I am back on abx- still have on/off fatigue, muscle aches and occasional twitches. I just finished my artemisia pulse - liposomal plus Zhang 2 - which is a heavy dose- again, no herx today

I am on rifampin, biaxin and ceftin, and a bunch of herbs too. Hitting everything.

Could this be something other than Lyme? Can't seem to get over these lingering symptoms (yes, I've done several rounds of high dose mepron/malarone for 8 months at a time)

I'm tired of being on abx. Wondering if yeast/hormones are causing this?

Usually when stuff is lingering it means there is something else that is not being addressed. Maybe proto?
