I posted a few weeks ago about our 20 year old who got very sick very suddenly. Fever, awful headache, stiff neck, muscle soreness and then some very swollen joints...knuckle and a finger.

He started on doxy within a few days...was on 6/day for a few weeks.now 4 a day for next a 2 weeks. Symptoms cleared up quickly.

Only things lefts are some fatigue and a burning headache. Any thoughts on the headache? Also, was thinking he should keep taking doxy for another month.

Not that it matters but his tests were all negative...for lyme, Bayesian, parvovirus and others.

Saw a doc here in virginia beach who actually said lyme isn't an issue around here and certainly not babesia! i have had Lyme and babesia since 1999...now I know why!

Michael is back at school in Radford, VA....worry about him! So thankful to be able to come here....blessings to all!
