I am supposed to take it for 20 days and then switch with something else and bounce back and forth. Not sure for how long.
The way he states it is that you stop and change when you are no longer getting better or when you have hit a plateau.

He used to do a 10 day rotation. You keep doing whatever he said until you no longer herx and/or feel better.
