My son's dropped to around the same level and we stopped abx per LLMD instructions. Be interesting to hear if there is a supplement to take to help with this.

When my white cell count dropped during lyme treatment, my lyme doc put me on Transfer Factor.
In 2 weeks, it was back up to normal.
This is how I avoided having to stop antibiotics.
When, it dropped again later, I went on it again. The third time it dropped, he just had me stay on the Transfer Factor until I completed my treatment (about 7 months).
The Transfer Factor he put me on had bovine (cow's) colostrum in it as the active ingredient.

I know it sounds gross but breast milk. Mix it in a smoothie or something. I think there's a bank somewhere on the east coast.
