Needing to make the switch from regular table salt to sea salt for food preparation. It is my understanding that himalayan salt is the best.

Which brand is the best and where could I purchase online. I live on an island that does not sell himalayan salt only Real Salt brand.

I like the celtic sea salt. Vitacost has it.

Real Salt is my favorite. I find I have to use more of the Himalayan to get the same result as Real Salt. (Also takes more sea salt, if you ask me.)

Real Salt is basically the same TASTE RESULT as that not-so-good-for-you table salt.
