Hi all...I just upped the dosage of one of my medicines and woke up with a low grade fever and headache. Has anyone had a fever as a herx reaction?? I have a call into my LLMD...but I tend to freak out easily and wanted some opinions. Just talking about it and knowing there are others out there dealing with this always helps!

Yes, headaches and fevers can be a Herx reaction.

What medicines did you up the dosage on?

Rifampin....went from 300 to 450. I have been trying to go slow because of the headaches. I just always scared it's some toxic reaction and my body is shutting down. I know that's extreme, but I get so scared!
